BRIDAL SHOES

BRIDAL SHOES

Choosing the right kind of foot ware for “the occasion” is as important as choosing all the other accessories for a wedding. A matching shoe for a bridal dress is very important to give a bride the complete look. The bridal shoes should be purchased well in advance along with the bridal gown to avoid unnecessary confusion on the day; if it is a misfit it can be exchanged prior to the wedding day and will also avoid wedding blues. An ideal bridal shoe would be a satin material shoe ending with a glossy look. A tuile or silk satin material complemented with a peau-de soie, ultra satin texture or lure would make a perfect bridal shoes.

When the bridal shoe is made of the same material as your dress the look of the bride is enhanced. This can be achieved by getting it custom made. Choosing the right colour is also equally important; generally people go in for white bridal shoe which is the norm; but people who would like to think a little different and who would want their wedding to be conducted in a different fashion will have to look out for the right colour to match the bridal gown.

The different types of bridal shoes available are: high heels, sandals, pumps, platforms, evening shoes, sling backs. A right styled shoes which compliments the dress is chosen for the bridal look. For brides who want to go the non-traditional way, coloured bridal shoes are always available. Brides can also choose a blue coloured shoe that goes with the flower patterns or the motifs. They give a touch of flair to the wedding wear and it can also be used after the wedding.

Bridal shoes can not necessarily be high heeled they can come is different styles so long as they add a touch of elegance to the bridal look.
